[Required Material] Statutes of Border Village

Hello and welcome to the thread that will compile all of the statutes, explanations, and exceptions of Border Village. Until the official recognizing of an official Branch of the Beacon Village government, statutes will be decided (although they may be influenced by citizenship within the town) by the town founder (myself.)

All statutes (except under the rule of exceptions) will be enforced by the town guard, and may be backed up by citizenship. If someone is in clear breach of a statute, you may threaten, and, if they refuse to comply (although only if they are clearly not AFK,) kill them.

The statutes are as follows:

Statute #1: NO EXPLORATION BEYOND THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAIN OF BORDER VILLAGE UNTIL THE DATE OF THE 31st OCTOBER.
There are no exceptions to this rule
